The Purchasing  Department is responsible for the procurement of goods and services to carry out the functions of LRSA.  Our governing New Jersey State statutes are found in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. and N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.  The type of goods or services needed and the estimated total dollar amount will affect the procedures  followed in the procurement process.  Upon advertising for bids or proposals, specifications will be sent to vendors upon request.  To receive a specification for a current opportunity, please contact the Purchasing Manager or click on the link you are interested into view or obtain the Notice to Bidders, Bid Specification, Request for Qualification (RFQ)or Request for Proposal (RFP).
